> You may have already seen the call for submissions for a forthcoming edition of Religion, State & Society (https://think.taylorandfrancis.com/special_issues/studying-eastern-orthodoxy-war-ukraine-models-concepts/). Together with Peter Flew and the journal editors, we are inviting scholars to submit short pieces to be considered for inclusion in a special section of the journal entitled ‘Studying Eastern Orthodoxy in the context of war in Ukraine: approaches, models, and concepts’. Submissions would need to be between 800 and 1000 words and address one of the questions detailed in the call, taking the war in Ukraine as a turning point. Submissions will not be subject to peer review, but will be editorially assessed by the editors of the special section. The deadline is 15 January, and those contributions which are accepted will be published later in the year. Please do get in touch with Zoe directly if you have any questions on this.
