Thursday, November 9 from 3:00 to 4:45
Session 2-04, Chicago Ballroom A, 5th
Archival Explorations from the Keston Center for Religion, Politics, and Society
Fellow ASEC members Wallace Daniel and April French, along with Emily Baran and Julie DeGraffenreid, will be on a round table about the treasures available at the Keston archive (Keston Center for Religion, Politics, and Culture at Baylor University). The archive is based around the work of Keston College, founded and run by Michael Bourdeaux in the UK during the Cold War. Anyone interested in religious dissidents from the Soviet period and their role in the "religious front" of the Cold War may find this round table particularly informative.
